The Jancett Group of Day Nurseries commenced in 1968 at the home of Chris and John Pritchard (Founder Directors). The need for quality day care was very quickly established and Gaytime Day Nursery, originally in Carshalton, but now in Wallington was opened in 1969.
The nurseries grew in popularity as Pollyanna Day Nursery (Carshalton) opened, followed by Jancett Day Nursery, Jancett Baby Unit and Startel Day Nursery (Wallington).
During 1990 and 2002, we were contractors to the Home Office and ran a Day Nursery and Baby Unit, ‘Sunbeam’ in Croydon.
Brightchoice Day Nursery and Baby Room in Morden opened in 2005 and we operated the nursery between 2005 and 2015.
In 2013 we opened a pre-school, Ripples Pre-School in the Riverside Centre, Carshalton for children aged 2 – 5 years.
